Flash flooding in Kansas and I drove through a puddle and threw my serpentine belt. Currently waiting for my dad to come get me so I can grab tools and hopefully the belt isn’t munched up and I can just put it back on.
Meanwhile a Saturn Vue, Dodge dart, and a RAM 1500 got in a fight and everybody lost.

At least belts are cheap.

I went through a HUGE puddle in my old Mazda3 and took out one of the HID fog lights I had installed. It turned blue and super dim and never did get back to normal. Took them out shortly after that.

Lesson there then - always keep a set of elementary tools in your car if you know how to use them, and drive an older car.

The belt is fine. It just slipped off the tensioner.
